Mutton/ Beef (Boneless) | 1 kg |
Onion | 1 – 2 medium |
Garlic Paste | 1 table spoon |
Ginger Paste | 1 table spoon |
Salt, Red Chilies & Black pepper | To taste |
Coriander Powder | 1 table spoon |
Tomatoes | 2 medium |
Oats (Porridge; soaked in water) | ¼ kg |
Moong Daal (soaked in water) | ½ cup |
1. Leaving the last two ingredients cook the meat with all the above mentioned ingredients in a pressure cooker. |
2. Add the oats & daal and cook in pressure cooker till soft. |
3. Stir to make into a paste. |
4. Garnish with garlic & green chilies. |
