Chicken Adobo

Chicken (small pieces; 16 to 20) | 1 kg |
Lemon Juice | 3 table spoon |
Ginger (finely chopped) | 1 tea spoon |
Garlic (finely chopped) | 1 tea spoon |
Ground Black pepper | 2 table spoon |
Flour | 2 tea spoon |
Soya Sauce | 1 table spoon |
Corn Flour | 1 table spoon |
Salt | 1 table spoon |
Worcestershire Sauce | 2 table spoon |
1. Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned ingredients for an hour. |
2. Deep fry and serve with French fries and peas. |
