Chicken Ala keiv

Potatoes (boiled & mashed) | ¼ kg |
Chicken (boiled & shredded) | 2 cups |
Egg (beaten) | 1 |
Butter | For coating |
Bread Crumbs | For frying |
Cooking Oil | For frying |
Salt & Black pepper | To taste |
Garlic Powder | ½ tea spoon |
Coriander leaves (paste) | ½ tea spoon |
Green chili (paste) | ½ tea spoon |
Lemon juice | 1 table spoon |
1. Mix together chicken, mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, garlic, coriander & green chili paste. |
2. Coat chicken leg bone with butter and apply the paste above. |
3. Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. |
4. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes. |
5. Deep fry and serve with tamarind or tomato sauce. |
