Chicken Alaking
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Milk (warm) | 2 cups |
Butter/ cooking oil | 2 table spoon |
Flour | 2 table spoon |
Egg yolk | 1 |
Salt and Black Pepper | To taste |
1. Heat the oil or butter on flame and add flour. |
2. Add warm milk and stir continually. |
3. While stirring add salt and black pepper.. |
4. Remove from fire and add the egg yolk. |
Chicken (Boneless) | ¼ kg |
Onion (Chopped) | 4 table spoon |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Agino motto (optional) | ½ tea spoon |
Cream | 2 table spoon |
Capsicum (diced) | 1 |
Oil | 4 table spoon |
5. Sauté chicken and onion for 5 to 6 minutes or until the chicken starts turning brown. |
6. Add salt, agino motto and capsicum while stirring. |
7. Pour in the white sauce and cook for some time. |
8. Add the cream and remove from flame. |
9. Serve with plain rice and mashed tomatoes. |
