Chicken Merengo
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Tomato Paste | 4 table spoon |
Tomato Ketchup | 2 table spoon |
Salt | To taste |
Chili Sauce | 2 tea spoon |
Tabasco | 5 to 6 drops |
Mushrooms (sliced) | 2 |
Oil | 1 table spoon |
1. Mix all the above ingredients and keep aside. |
Oil | 1 table spoon |
Chicken (boneless) | ½ kg |
Onion (chopped) | 4 table spoon |
Garlic (finely chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Ground Black Pepper | ½ tea spoon |
Chicken Stock | ½ cup |
2. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan. |
3. Add chicken, salt and pepper. |
4. When chicken turns brown add the paprika concusses sauce and stock, let cook for another 5 to 8 minutes in low heat. |
