Chicken in Grape Juice
Time of preparation: 25 Minutes
Time of cooking: 30 Minutes
Chicken (cut in 4) | 1 |
Salt | To taste |
Ginger paste | 1 table spoon |
Garlic paste | 1 table spoon |
Black pepper | ½ tea spoon |
Black grapes (Cut in half) | 1 cup |
Fresh Orange juice | 3 to 4 cups |
Ground White pepper | ½ tea spoon |
Corn Flour | 3 table spoon |
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger paste, garlic paste and black pepper for 10 to 15 minutes. |
2. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken or bake it in oven for half an hour. |
3. Heat the fresh orange juice in a pan and add the grapes, white pepper and salt. |
4. When the grapes are cooked and have changed colour add the corn starch to thicken the sauce. |
5. Serve the chicken in a dish and pour the sauce over it. |
