Chicken Jalfarezi
Time of preparation: 25 Minutes
Time of cooking: 30 Minutes
Chicken (cubed) | 1 cup |
Chicken Stock | ½ cup |
Onion (thickly sliced in length) | 1 to 2 medium |
Tomatoes (chopped) | 3 to 4 medium |
Salt, Black pepper & Red chili powder | To taste |
Ginger (cut in length) | 1 ½ table spoon |
Green Chilies (cut in halves) | 2 to 3 |
Coriander Powder | 1 ¼ tea spoon |
Oil | ¼ cup |
1. Heat oil and stir in the chicken. |
2. Add onion when chicken changes colour. |
3. Add all other vegetables and then spices while stirring for say 5 to 10 minutes at medium flame. |
4. Add chicken stock and lower the flame to simmer till tender. |
