Chicken Sizzler Steak

Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Chicken breast (boneless) | 1 |
Chicken minced | 5 to 6 table spoon |
Black pepper (freshly ground) | A pinch |
Salt | To taste |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 tea spoon |
1. Mix together black pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce and apply over the breast piece. |
2. The left over ingredients should be mixed with the minced chicken and put this mixture in the breast pocket. |
3. Grill or press to cook the steak. |
Butter | 1 table spoon |
Oil | 2 table spoon |
Garlic (chopped) | 1 tea spoon |
Onion (chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Mushroom (sliced) | 3 to 4 |
Flour | 1 table spoon |
4. Heat the butter & oil in a pan. |
5. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms. |
6. Now add flour and cook till golden brown. |
7. Add water, soya sauce and Worcestershire sauce. |
8. Thicken the sauce while adding pepper & salt. |
9. Pour it over the steak. |
10. Serve with garlic bread, French fries and peas. |
