Caramel Pudding
Time of preparation: 15 Minutes
Time of cooking: 45 Minutes
Eggs | 8 |
Sugar | 1 cup |
Fresh Milk | 1 cup |
Evaporated milk | 3 cup |
Vanilla essence | Few Drops |
Brown Sugar | 3 to 4 tablespoon |
1. Preheat the oven. |
2. Put brown sugar in the baking mold and caramelize it. Take it out of the oven and let cool. |
3. Mix all the ingredients other than the brown sugar and pour in a mold over the caramel. |
4. Bake in water bath for 45 minutes or till the mixture thickens. |
6. Once cooked remove from the over and let cool. |
7. Turn the mold over on the serving dish. |
