Bread Pudding

Eggs | 8 |
Sugar | 1 cup |
Fresh Milk | 1 cup |
Evaporated milk | 3 cup |
Vanilla essence | Few Drops |
Brown Sugar | 3 to 4 tablespoon |
Milk bread | 4 to 6 slices |
1. Preheat the oven. |
2. Mix all the ingredients other than the brown sugar and pour on a bed of bread in a oven proof bowl. |
3. Bake till bubbles appear and mixture thickens. |
4. Once cooked remove from the over and let cool. |
6. Make caramel with the brown sugar and add some water to manage the consistency. Pour this over the pudding once it has formed a crust. |
