Chicken Shashlik

Chicken (boneless) | ½ kg |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Black pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Mustard Powder | 1 teaspoon |
Worcestershire Sauce | 2 teaspoon |
Red Chilli powder | ½ teaspoon |
Corn Flour | 1 tablespoon |
Capsicum (cubed) | 2 medium sized |
Onion (cubed) | 1 medium sized |
Tomatoes (cubed) | 2 to 3 |
Chicken stock | ½ cup |
Tomato puree | 3 tablespoon |
Tomato ketchup | ½ cup |
Oil | 3 to 4 tablespoon |
1. Stir chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. |
2. Add onion and capsicum while stirring add all the other spices and sauces. |
3. Also add tomatoes and stir lightly. |
4. Pour in the chicken stock and add corn starch to thicken the gravy. |
5. Serve with fried rice or plain rice. |
