Egg Fried Rice

Rice | 2 cups |
Carrot (thinly sliced) | ½ cup |
Cabbage (thinly sliced) | ½ cup |
Green onion (thinly sliced) | ½ cup |
Soya sauce | 2 teaspoon |
Salt and Ajinomotto | To taste |
White pepper powder | ½ teaspoon |
Eggs (beaten) | 2 |
Oil | ½ cup |
Green Chillies (split in halves) | 2 |
Green peas | ½ cup |
1. Boil the rice in a pan. |
2. Fry the egg in thin layers and keep aside. |
3. Stir in all the vegetables and spices on a pan. |
4. Add the rice and green onion at the end and cook together for about 10 minutes. |
