Baked Alaska
Time of preparation: 45 Minutes
Time of cooking: 1 Hour
Chocolate Sponge cake | 1 cake |
Ice Cream (Vanilla Flavor) | ½ liters |
Egg Whites (lightly beaten) | 3 |
1. Cut the cake into halves horizontally and scoop a little from both below & above portions. |
2. Apply a thick layer of ice cream in lower portion. |
3. Cover with the upper portion in upright position and coat with egg whites. |
4. Now bake the cake for exact 8 minutes. |
5. Let the cake cool at room temperature for little while. |
6. Cover with foil and freeze for about 20 – 24 hours. |
7. Serve along scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. |
