Brownies (my very own recipe)
Time of preparation: 45 Minutes
Time of cooking: 30 Minutes
Cooking chocolate | 150gr / 5oz |
Oil | ½ cup |
Light Muscavado Sugar | 1 cup |
Eggs | 2 |
Vanilla essence | few drops |
Self raising flour | 9 table spoon |
Cocoa Powder | 4 table spoon |
Nuts (chopped) | ¾ cup |
Chocolate chips | 4 table spoon |
1. Melt the cooking chocolate over double boiler. |
2. Beat together sugar, eggs, oil and essence. |
3. Add the melted chocolate to the batter. |
4. Fold in the sifted flour and cocoa powder. |
5. Now add the nuts and chocolate chips. |
6. Bake at 180° C/ GMK 4 for 20 to 25 min. |
