Chunky Brownies

Flour | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Cocoa powder | 2 table spoon |
Eggs | 3 |
Ground Sugar | 1 cup |
Oil/ Butter | ¾ cup |
Almonds, Walnuts & Cashew | ½ cup (chopped) |
Vanilla/ coconut essence | Few drops |
Dried mix fruits | ½ cup |
1. Sift together flour, Baking powder and cocoa powder. |
2. Beat together eggs and sugar. |
3. Add oil or butter (melted) slowly. |
4. Fold in the flour at low speed. |
5. Pour half the batter in the baking tray and garnish with nuts and dried fruits. |
6. Now cover with the other half batter. |
7. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 150° – 200° C/ 300° – 400° F/ Gas mark 4. |
