Grated Chocolate Scrolls
Time of preparation: 45 Minutes
Time of cooking: 15 Minutes
Sponge cake with chocolate essence | 1 cake |
Butter Icing | Plain & chocolate flavored. |
1. Cut the sponge cake into 3 layers/ or use flat rectangular baking tray as for Swiss roll. |
2. After the sponge cools down. Sprinkle icing sugar on one side, roll and rap in wet muslin clothe keeping aside for 10 – 15 minutes. |
3. Then unfold the slices and apply butter icing rap it once again in muslin clothe and place it in the freezer to set for half an hour. |
4. Cover with butter icing around the slices & let set in refrigerator. |
5. Cut slices before serving. |
