Dahi Bhalla

Gram Flour | 1 cup |
Water | Almost ¼ cup |
Turmeric | ¼ teaspoon |
Red Chilli Powder | Almost ¼ teaspoon |
Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
Onion (chopped) | 1 medium |
Fresh Coriander (chopped) | 1 tablespoon |
Fresh Green Chilli (chopped) | 1 or 2 |
1. Soak the gram flour with water and make a paste. |
2. Keep aside for half an hour so the flour can mix well add the other spices as well. |
3. Afterwards add onion, coriander and green chillies to the batter. |
4. Deep fry the batter in batches. |
Yogurt | 3 cups |
Onion (finely chopped) | 1 small |
Fresh Green chillies (chopped) | 1 |
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 bunch |
Chickpeas (boiled & drained) | 1 ½ cup |
Red Chilli Powder | ¼ teaspoon |
Chat Masala | ½ teaspoon |
Black Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Sugar | ¼ teaspoon |
Roasted Coriander & cumin Powder | ¼ teaspoon |
Water | ¼ cup |
5. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and add the fried balls. |
6. Garnish with more coriander and green chillies. |
7. Serve with mint chutney and tamarind sauce. |
