Almond Cake

Time of cooking: 1 Hour
Flour | 1 cup |
Eggs | 3 |
Oil | ¾ cup |
Ground Sugar | ¾ cup |
Baking Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Nutmeg Powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Banana (mashed) | 1 |
Cinnamon Powder | a pinch |
Honey | 1 tea spoon |
1. Sift flour & baking powder together and keep ready. |
2. Cream together butter/ oil and sugar together at high speed. |
3. Now add eggs one by one while beating. |
4. Add milk and essence |
5. Fold in flour and almonds. |
6. Bake for an hour at 180° – 200° C/ 350° – 400° F/ Gas mark 5. |
