Cabbage Rolls

Time of cooking: 30 Minutes (Serves 6)
Cabbage | 1 |
Minced Meat (boiled) | 1 cup |
Green Onion (cut in rings) | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Ginger & garlic paste | ½ tea spoon |
Salt & Ground black pepper | To taste |
Red chilli powder | To taste |
Potatoes (boiled & diced) | 1 |
Sweet peas (boiled) | ½ cup |
Carrot (shredded) | 1 |
Oil | 1 tea spoon |
Egg (beaten) | 1 |
Bread crumbs | For coating |
1. Separate the cabbage leaves and soak in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. |
2. Later let dry on a cloth. |
3. Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste and dry ingredients. |
4. Add meat and then the vegetables. |
5. Wrap the cabbage leaves with the filling. |
6. Seal with egg and cover with bread crumbs before frying. |
