Cheese Rolls
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes (Serves 8)
Chicken (boiled & shredded) | 1 cup |
Salt & Black Pepper | To taste |
Walnuts (chopped) | 2 table spoon |
Raisins (washed & dried) | 1 table spoon |
Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Cottage Cheese | ½ cup |
Capsicum (chopped) | 1 medium |
Cabbage (sliced) | ½ cup |
Green Onion (chopped) | 1 to 2 |
Soya Sauce | 1 table spoon |
Agino Motto | 1 tea spoon |
1. Sauté onion and add chicken and spices. |
2. Also add the sauces and stir in the vegetables. |
3. Add the dry fruits and cheese then remove from flame. |
4. Stir in the mixture and wrap in the roll sheets. |
5. Deep fry and serve with ketchup or sauce of your choice. |
