Chilly Pizza Rounds

Time of cooking: 50 Minutes (Serves 6)
Yeast | 1 ½ table spoon |
Luke Warm Water | ¾ cup |
Ground Sugar | a pinch |
Flour | 3 cups |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Milk Powder | 1 table spoon |
Butter | 3 table spoon |
Egg | 1 |
Ground Sugar | 1 tea spoon |
1. Put first three ingredients together and keep aside till the yeast rises. |
2. Rub together Butter and flour. |
3. Add other ingredients in a well and kneed together. |
4. Keep aside to double in size. |
Chicken shredded | 2 cups |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Red Chilli Crushed | ½ tea spoon |
Black Pepper | ½ tea spoon |
Oil/ Butter | 1 table spoon |
Onion Chopped | 1 small |
Chilli Sauce | to taste |
Ginger paste | ½ tea spoon |
Garlic Paste | ½ tea spoon |
Cheddar Cheese Grated | 1 cup |
Mozzarella Cheese Grated | ½ cup |
Mushroom (cut in length) | as required |
Tomatoes (in circles) | as required |
Capsicum (in circles) | as required |
Red Chillies Crushed | ¼ tea spoon |
5. Heat oil and sauté onion, add ginger garlic paste. |
6. Add spices and chicken and stir in and let cook. |
7. Cut and keep aside cheese and vegetables for later. |
Tomatoes | 1 kg |
Oregano | ½ tea spoon |
White pepper | 1 tea spoon |
Red Chillies Crushed | ½ tea spoon |
Salt | 1 table spoon |
Vinegar | 2 – 3 table spoon |
8. Boil the tomatoes and blanch them. |
9. Mix all the ingredients and cook till thickens. |
10. Roll out the dough and cut in smaller rounds and spread sauce over it. |
11. Layer the chicken and top it with cheese. |
12. Let bake for 30 – 35 min at 180° – 200° C. |
