Baking powder | 1 tea spoon |
Butter (softened) | ½ cup |
Sugar | 1 ¼ cup |
Eggs (beaten) | 2 |
Vanilla | 1 tea spoon |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Chocolate chips, semi-sweet | 1 cup |
1. Preheat oven to 190 C. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. |

6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until biscuits edges turn golden. Don’t over bake. |

Tip: When arranging biscuits or cookies on a baking sheet leave 3 cm gap between them to give spaces for cookies to increase in volume during baking. |
