Club Sandwich
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes (Serves 4)
Chicken (boiled & shredded) | 1 cup |
Mayonnaise | 5 to 6 table spoon |
Cream | 2 to 3 table spoon |
Cabbage (shredded) | ¼ cup |
Ketchup | 2 table spoon |
Sandwich Bread | A loaf |
Lettuce | 1 per sandwich |
Eggs (boiled & sliced) | 2 to 3 |
Salt & Ground Black Pepper | To taste |
Cheddar Cheese Slices | 1 per sandwich |
1. Make a spread of chicken, mayonnaise, salt & black pepper and layer it on a slice of bread. |
2. Spread some ketchup on a slice of bread and layer it face down on the chicken layer. |
3. Layer the lettuce and apply the cabbage, mayonnaise & cream. |
4. Place the eggs and cheese and finally place the third slice of bread on top. |
5. Cut out four triangles and attach with a toothpick to seal each sandwich. |
