Cocktail Rolls
Time of preparation: 40 Minutes
Time of cooking: 30 Minutes (Serves 8)
Flour | 1 cup |
Salt | ¼ tea spoon |
Water | To kneed |
Oil | 2 table spoon |
1. Sieve together salt & flour. |
2. Kneed the flour with water into dough. |
3. Add the oil and kneed a little more. |
4. Wrap in wet muslin cloth and set aside for 10 to 20 minutes. |
5. Later on divide the dough into 8 equal portions. |
6. Roll out the bread and stack 4 at a time layering with oil & corn flour. |
7. Heat it on a flat pan and separate the thin breads. |
Tip: Each bread can be halved to get 2 wraps. So you can make 8 x 2 = 16 rolls |
Cooked Minced (chicken/ beef) | 1 cup |
Salt, Black pepper & Red Chilli powder | To taste |
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) | 2 to 3 medium |
Coriander Leaves (chopped) | To taste |
Green chillies (thinly sliced) | 2 |
Lemon juice | 1 table spoon |
Coconut powder | 1 table spoon |
8. Mix all these ingredients and wrap in the sheets (Seal the wraps with corn starch). |
9. Deep fry and serve with hot sauce and ketchup. |
