Time of cooking: 40 Minutes (Serves 12)
Minced Mutton | 1 kg |
Papaya Paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Ginger & Garlic paste | 2 tea spoon |
Garam Masala Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Ginger & garlic paste | 1 tea spoon |
Salt | To taste |
Fresh Mint Leaves (finely chopped) | 2 to 3 table spoon |
1. Mix all the above ingredients. |
2. Make round patties and fry. |
3. Serve with mint chutney or tamarind sauce. |
