Bihari Kebab
Time of preparation: 3 to 5 Hours
Time of cooking: 40 Minutes
Beef (cut in thin long strips) | 500 grams |
Garlic Paste | ½ teaspoon |
Ginger Paste | 1 teaspoon |
Onion Paste | 1 teaspoon |
Raw Papaya Paste | ½ teaspoon |
Red Chilli Powder | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | To Taste |
Gram Flour/ Besun (roasted) | 1 teaspoon |
Onion (finely slice) | 1 small |
Fresh Coriander (chopped) | To garnish |
1. Marinate the beef with all the above mentioned ingredients for 3 to 5 hours. |
2. Put the beef on skewers and bake on hot charcoal bed. |
3. Serve with rice or paratha and garnish with sliced onion & coriander. |
Tip; If you can not arrange for charcoal bed or BBQ then you may bake the meat in oven on a dish and serve. |
