Chappali Kebab
Time of preparation: 3 to 5 Hours
Time of cooking: 40 Minutes
Minced Meat (with fat) | 500 grams |
Shan Chappali Kebab Masala | 50 grams |
Onion (finely chopped) | 3 |
Fresh Coriander (chopped) | 4 tablespoon |
Fresh Green Chilli (seeded & chopped) | 3 to 4 |
Tomatoes (chopped) | 2 |
Maize Flour or Wheat flour | 1 tablespoon |
Ginger & garlic Paste | 3 tablespoon |
Egg (beaten) | 1 |
Ghee or Oil | For deep frying |
1. Mix all the above ingredients well and leave aside for 30 minutes. |
2. Divide the mixture in 8 portions and make patties. |
3. Deep fry and serve hot with nan and raita. |
