Chicken Dopiaza

Chicken (cut in small pieces) | 1 |
Onion (thick slices) | 2 medium |
Oil | 4 tablespoon |
Salt | To Taste |
Ginger (long slices) | 1 thumb sized |
Red Chilli Powder | ½ teaspoon |
Ginger & Garlic Paste | 1 tablespoon |
Garam masala | 1 teaspoon |
Ground Coriander & cumin | ½ teaspoon |
Fresh Coriander | For garnishing |
Fresh Green Chillies | For garnishing |
1. Warm a pan with oil on high flame and add chicken with salt. |
2. Add in the onion & garlic while tossing and mixing well. |
3. Now add chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala and ground coriander & cumin powder while stirring. |
4. Now lower the flame and let simmer. |
5. Once cooked serve with plain rice and garnish with coriander & chillies. |
