Honey Iced Coffee Cake

Flour | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Cocoa Powder | 1 table spoon |
Coffee Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Eggs | 4 |
Ground Sugar | ¾ cup |
Oil/ Butter | ¾ cup |
Custard Powder | 1 tea spoon |
Fresh Milk | 1 table spoon |
Vanilla/ chocolate essence | Few drops |

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, coffee and cocoa powder. |
2. Beat together eggs and sugar. |
3. Add oil or softened butter slowly, |
4. Add flour & the custard powder. |
5. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes at 200° – 230° C/ 400° – 450° F/ Gas mark 5 |

Vanilla Essence | Few Drops |
Ground Sugar | ¾ cup |
Oil/ Butter | ¾ cup |
Custard Powder | 1 tea spoon |
Fresh Milk | 1 table spoon |
Vanilla/ chocolate essence | Few drops |
Brown/ icing sugar | 1 cup |
6. Cream together butter and sugar at high speed. |
7. Add honey, coffee, vanilla essence and fresh milk respectively. |
8. Cover the cake with the butter icing. |
