Flour | 1 Kg |
Sugar | 200 grams |
Eggs | 3 |
Oil | 150 grams |
Milk | 100 grams |
Salt | 25 grams |
Yeast | 75 grams |
Water | ½ kg |
1. Make a well in flour. |
2. Put all the ingredients and add water or milk or both. |
3. Leave it aside to double in size. |
4. For Sheermal flatten the dough. Whereas for buns give shape before baking. |
Tip; Add raisins to make raisin bun and shape into spiral roll. |
