Cold Meat (Amma’s Recipe)
Time of preparation: 2 Days
Time of cooking: 1 – 2 Hours
Yogurt | ¾ cup |
Beef (solid chunk) | 2 kg |
Ginger (only water of the paste) | 2 table spoon |
Garlic Paste | ½ table spoon |
Lemon Juice/ Vinegar | A little less than ¼ cup |
Freshly ground Black Pepper | To taste |
Cardamom | 2 to 3 |
1. Prick the meat well with a skewer. |
2. Marinate all these ingredients for 2 days. |
3. Tie the meat and cook on flame. |
4. Boil for 15 minutes on high flame and then let simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours. |
