Cream Puffs
Time of preparation: 20 Minutes
Time of cooking: 30 Minutes (Serves 6)
Water | 1 cup |
Flour | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | 1 ½ teaspoon |
Eggs | 4 |
Butter | ¼ cup or 2 oz |
1. Put water and butter in a sauce pan and heat it until the butter reaches the surface. |
2. Now add flour and stir continually on flame. |
3. When the paste forms dough and touches the base, remove the pan from heat. |
4. Now add eggs and beat well, also add the baking powder. |
5. The consistency should be very thick (remember not to beat too much). |
6. Pour out with spoon and let bake in oval or circle portions. |
7. Fill it with a cream or chocolate filling while inserting through a piping tube once cooled down. |
