Doughnuts
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 40 Minutes (Serves 12)
Flour | 1 kg |
Sugar | 250 grams |
Butter (melted) | 200 gram |
Eggs | 6 |
Salt | 1 tea spoon |
Yeast | 100 grams |
Milk | ½ kg |
Cocoa Powder (optional) | 2 tea spoon |
1. For chocolate doughnut add cocoa powder in flour. |
2. Knead the dough and keep aside to double in size. |
3. Give out shape and keep aside for another 15 min. |
4. Fry the doughnuts and drain away the extra oil. |
