Minced Meat | ½ kg |
Oil | 4 tablespoon |
Onion (roughly chopped) | 1 medium |
Ginger & Garlic Paste | 1 tablespoon |
Ginger (grated) | 1 thumb sized |
Garlic (sliced) | 2 cloves |
Tomatoes (chopped) | 1 medium |
Clove | 1 |
Cinnamon Stick | 1 |
Cardamom Pods | 3 to 6 |
Black Cardamom | 1 |
Black Pepper | 4 to 6 |
Whole Dried Red chilli | 2 |
Garam Masala Powder | ¼ teaspoon |
Salt | To taste |
Fresh Green Chilli | 2 |
Fresh Coriander | For garnishing |
Fresh Mint | For garnishing |
1. Sauté onion in oil and add the minced meat. |
2. Add ginger & garlic paste and the whole spices on by one. |
3. Stir continuously so that the flavours blend in well. |
4. Add garam masala & salt and let simmer. |
5. Garnish before serving with green chillies, coriander & mint leaves. |
