Lamb Ribs (Amma’s recipe)

Lamb ribs | 6 to 7 pieces |
Yogurt | 2 table spoon |
Ground Garam Masala | Almost ¼ tea spoon |
Salt | To taste |
Red Chili powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Ginger paste | ½ tea spoon |
Garlic paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Lemon juice | 2 table spoon |
Bread crumbs (only if frying) | To coat each piece |
1. Marinate all the above ingredients for half an hour and bake till the meat tenders. |
2. Or coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry the ribs. |
