Lebanese Chicken

Chicken (Boneless) | ½ kg |
Yogurt | ½ cup |
Onion (slice in rings) | 1 medium |
Green Chili (cut in halves in length) | 4 |
White vinegar | ½ cup |
Black pepper (roughly ground) | ½ tea spoon |
Salt | ¾ tea spoon |
Oil | 2 table spoon |
1. Boil chicken with onion and vinegar. |
2. Mix black pepper, salt and yogurt and add to the chicken. |
3. Dry the above on heat with the chilies. |
4. Serve with humus and khubus. |
