Meethi ka Paratha
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes (Serves 5)
Fresh Fenugreek leaves (meethi) | 1 bundle |
Salt | To taste |
Red chilli powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Cumin Seed (zeera) | ¼ tea spoon |
Whole wheat flour | 3 cups |
Ginger & Garlic Paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Bhona dhuniya zeera powder | A pinch or two |
Water | For kneading |
Oil | For frying |
1. Wash well and after draining away all the water cut the meethi leaves and chop it well. |
2. Mix all the ingredients and knead well |
3. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. |
4. Roll it with a rolling pin and shallow fry on tava. |
5. Serve with curd or mint chutney. |
