Mom’s recipe Cake
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 45 Minutes
Sugar | 1 cup |
Eggs | 4 |
Flour | 1 ½ cups |
Baking Powder | 1 table spoon |
Orange Juice (Fresh) | of 2 oranges (optional) |
Vanilla essence | few drops |
1. Sift the flour and baking powder. |
2. Beat together sugar and eggs. |
3. Slowly add oil while beating. |
4. Add vanilla essence and then flour. |
5. Bake the batter at a moderate temperature of 250° C or GMK 4 for 45 to 60 minutes. |
Tip; to make chocolate cake add 3 Tbsp of coco powder and omit orange juice. |
