Mughlai Paratha
Time of preparation: 20 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes (Serves 6)
Paratha dough | 6 balls |
Egg (beaten) | 5 |
Onion (finely chopped) | 1 medium |
Fresh Green Chilli (chopped) | 2 to 3 |
Salt | To taste |
Ground Red Chilli powder | To taste |
Cooked Minced Meat (optional) | 1 cup |
OIl | For frying |
1. Roll out the balls and give shape for square parathas. |
2. Heat it on tava on both sides slightly without oil. |
3. Remove from heat and slit slightly to make pockets. |
4. Beat together the eggs and spices and pour in the mixture in the pocket through a ladle and fry with oil on the tava. |
5. Cut each paratha in four and serve with your choice of chutney. |
