Peanut Biscuit
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Flour | 1 cup |
Sugar | ¾ cup |
Peanuts (chopped) | ½ cup |
Butter (melted) | ½ cup |
Egg (beaten) | ½ or as needed |
Vanilla Essence | few drops |
1. Mix sugar and butter with hands. |
2. Add peanuts, vanilla essence and flour (sieved). |
3. Now add the egg to bind the dough. |
4. Cut out shapes and bake for 15 – 20 min at 100° – 150° C. |
