Pepper Sauce Chicken

Onion (chopped) | 3 table spoon |
Garlic (finely chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Black pepper (roughly ground) | 4 table spoon |
Cream | 2 table spoon |
Oil | 2 table spoon |
Chicken (boneless) | ¼ kg |
Chicken Stock | ½ cup |
1. Sauté onion & garlic then add chicken and stir until nearly brown. |
2. Add black pepper, salt and stock let cook for 10 minutes. |
3. Add the cream and remove from flame. |
4. Serve with plain rice. |
