Qeema Paratha
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 20 Minutes (Serves 4)
Paratha dough | 8 balls |
Minced Meat | 2 cups |
Onion (finely chopped) | 1 medium |
Ginger and Garlic Paste | ½ tea spoon each |
Fresh coriander (chopped) | 2 table spoon |
Fresh green chilli (chopped) | 2 |
Fresh Mint (chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Tomatoes (chopped) | 1 medium |
Salt & Ground Red Chilli | To taste |
Bhona Dhaniya & zeera Powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Garam Masala | A pinch or two |
Oil | For frying |
1. Heat 2 table spoon of oil and brown the onion. |
2. Add ginger garlic paste and then the minced meat. |
3. Now add the dry spices and stir continually. |
4. Once the moisture dries off add the tomatoes and cook for further time. |
5. Add in the coriander, mint and green chili lastly and remove from heat. |
6. Let this mixture cool down a little. |
7. Roll out the round breads in the meanwhile. |
8. Layer the filling between two rotis like mooli ka paratha. |
9. Fry the paratha on both sides with oil and serve with pickle or chutney. |
