Shahana Khala recipe cold Cake

Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Digestive Biscuits | 1 pack (small) |
Yogurt | 2 kg |
Cream | 1 small tin |
Condense Milk | 1 tin |
1. Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth to drain all the extra water for half an hour. |
2. Make a base with the digestive biscuits. |
3. Mix together the yogurt, cream and condense milk and pour it over the base. |
4. Keep the cake refrigerated until set. |
5. Use fruits and jam for topping. |
