Meat | ½ kg |
Salt | To taste |
Water | To boil |
White Cumin Powder | 1 tea spoon |
Eggs (beaten) | 1 |
Garam Masala Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Onion (finely chopped) | 2 medium |
Green Chilli Paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Ginger Paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Garlic Paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Oil | For frying |
1. Bring meat with salt to a boil and drain out the excess water and mince into a paste. |
2. Mix all the ingredients together. |
3. Make patties and fry to serve. |
