Teriyaki Chiken

Chicken (Boneless sliced in julienne) | ½ kg |
Garlic (chopped) | 1Table spoon |
Soya Sauce | 2 Table spoon |
Ginger (finely sliced in length) | 1 Table spoon |
Onion (chopped) | 4 Table spoon |
Lemon Juice | 2 Table spoon |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Ground white pepper | ½ tea spoon |
Agino motto | ½ tea spoon |
Chicken Stock | ½ cup |
Cooking Oil | 1 serving spoon |
Corn flour | 1 table spoon |
1. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger until translucent, add chicken and continue stirring. |
2. Now add soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, agino motto, white pepper while stirring. |
3. Add the chicken stock and thicken the gravy with corn starch. |
4. Serve with plain rice. |
