Unbaked Cheesecake
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 15 Minutes
Biscuits Digestive cut into small pieces | 2 packs |
Jelly, lemon or pineapple | 1 pack |
Whipping Cream, powder | 1 pack |
Butter (softened) | 150 grams |
Cream Cheese (8 squares each) | 2 packs |
Water | 2 table spoon |
Strawberry Jam, or blueberry or blackberry | for topping |
1. Mix biscuits and butter in a food processor over medium speed until they blend well. |
2. Grease a 26 cm cheesecake pan or any equivalent baking pan, then press biscuit mixture evenly to cover the bottom. Freeze for 1 hour. |
3. In a bowl stir cheese in water until soft, add jelly and whipped cream powders. |
4. Beat with an electric beater until well combined and smooth. |
5. Remove baking pan from freezer and layer cheese mix on top. Refrigerate for another 1 hour. |
6. To serve: dilute jam in a small amount of water. Arrange strawberries on surface in a nice shape then use diluted jam as topping. |
