Vanilla Cheese Cake
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes
Time of cooking: 15 Minutes
Bakerkhani | ¼ kg |
Egg | 1 |
1. Crush the hard crust bakarkhani and mix with egg. |
2. Foil the pan and make a base with the above paste. |
3. Bake for 10 min at 200° – 250° C/ GMK 4. |
4. Remove from oven and let cool. |
Oil/ Butter | ½ cup |
Eggs | 4 |
Flour | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Vanilla essence | Few drops |
Ground Sugar | 1 cup |
Grated Cheddar cheese | ½ cup |
5. Sift together flour and baking powder. |
6. Cream together sugar and butter/ oil. |
7. Now add the eggs and vanilla essence. |
8. Add flour and cheese. |
9. Pour the batter over the base and bake for an hour at the same temperature. |
10. Garnish the cake with cheddar cheese after say about 30 min. |
