Vanilla Cream Biscuit

Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Flour | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | ½ tea spoon |
Butter | ½ cup |
Sugar | ¾ cup |
Cocoa Powder | 1 table spoon |
Chocolate essence | few drops |
Vanilla essence | few drops |
1. Sift flour and baking powder. |
2. Rub together the butter and sugar with hands. |
3. Now add flour and kneed together. |
4. Divide the dough in two portions. |
5. Add vanilla essence in one part. |
6. Add cocoa powder and chocolate essence in the other part. |
7. Cut out shapes and bake after placing one above the other. |
8. Bake at 120° – 150° C from 15 – 20 min. |
