Zeera Biscuit

Time of cooking: 20 Minutes
Flour | 1 cup |
Cumin seeds (zeera) | 1 ½ tea spoon |
Butter (melted) | ½ cup |
Sugar | ¼ cup |
Salt | ½ tea spoon |
Vanilla essence | few drops |
1. Beat together sugar and butter. |
2. Add salt, cumin seeds, Vanilla essence and flour and mix with hands. |
3. Cut with biscuit cutter and bake for 20 min at 100° – 150° C. |
